I already treated how make your connection a VPN and connecting to it. Now I would like to treat how connect to a free VPN in our machine. We will use VPN offered by www.vpnbook.com. Now I'm on Windows 10 but the steps are similar on Linux machine.

For first, we need to download and install OpenVPN client software from OpenVPN website. After the installation, we need to surf on www.vpnbook.com. Below we must click on OpenVPN tab and six servers available appear. Click on one of them and download the .zip file. This archive contains four .ovpn files. We must unzip the archive and copy the content to C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config. Then, if the OpenVPN client is running, near the clock (bottom-right of the desktop) there is the OpenVPN icon. Right-click on it and click on Connect, then on the tcp443 profile. It will ask us for Username and Password. Insert the credentials provided by the VPNbook website in the OpenVPN tab.
After this your are connected to the VPN. To verify it, try to use a lookup service for your IP address on internet.
